Terms and Policies
Copywriting Project Terms ~
Terms of the agreement require full payment or payment options payable immediately as outlined on each package payment option unless other payment terms have been selected from the secure shopping cart or agreed upon in writing by both the client and Write O n~ Creative Writing Services, LLC. Some packages grant a 10% discount for online payment in full via credit card. Check payments are accepted but payment in full discounts are not extended to this option.
Once the deposit is paid, you’ll receive a questionnaire to get more project info including a request for any hard copies or electronic files you want to provide for support/research (included in the questionnaire). After the completed questionnaire and research materials are received, I’ll notify you of receipt, review the materials and get back to you with questions (if any) within one week After that you can expect a draft within four weeks unless notified otherwise.
Exploratory Consultation or Individual Coaching & Consulting Terms ~
Write On ~ Creative Writing Services fully discloses that results are dependant upon the individual Client skill sets and in relationship to consulting packages or any experts brought in by Write On ~ Creative Writing Services, LLC, results cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Client understands that Client is responsible for creating your own positive results. Client is responsible for carefully weighing advice and tactics shared and ultimately decides what specific advice and counsel will be followed and employed, and Write On ~ Creative Writing Services will have no liability to Client or anyone else for any adverse consequence for any of the advice or omissions undertaken in good faith for the Client’s benefit.
Cancellation of scheduled telephone calls require 24 hours notice or the standard hourly fee of $500 will be charged. For Exploratory Consultation the same terms apply at the consultation rate of $250.
12 Month Press Release Editing Package Terms ~
I understand that once my initial strategy session is scheduled it is up to me to provide the press release draft by the 5th of each month (unless otherwise agreed upon via written contract) for editing & if I do not do so I will still be charged the monthly fee. This agreement constitutes a binding 12 month contract. Releases NOT received by the 5th within the designated month may not be reviewed with the month based on scheduling calendar.
Rush Jobs for Copywriting or Press Release Package Terms~
Rush jobs requesting a turn around time of less than two weeks are billed at 50% more and rush jobs needed with one week or less turn around time are billed at 100% more. Rush jobs must be approved based on current workload. Rush jobs requiring less than one week turn around time are billed at 100% more and are also subject to approval.
Revisions must be assigned within 15 days of receipt of copy, unless otherwise arranged. (If revision is based on a change in the assignment made after the copy has been submitted, revisions will be made at an hourly rate of $500).
Final proofreading and formatting is the responsibility of the client.
Finance charges of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all accounts over 30 days. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
Returned (NSF) Checks ~
We charge a $35.00 processing fee for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that issue an NSF check will be required to submit future payments with a certified check or money order.
Credit Card Chargebacks ~
A $35.00 processing fee will be assessed for each credit card chargeback received by us.
Purchasing a copywriting, consulting or copyediting package online constitutes a signed and binding contract as outlined. Deposits are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Write On ~ Creative Writing Services, LLC. will work directly with you to attempt to reach a mutually satisfying outcome.
To return a product to Write On ~ Creative Writing Services, LLC. contact info@writeoncreative.com, call 1.866.620.1428 or send written correspondence to 613 Bryden, Ave. Ste C #328, Lewiston, Idaho 83501. You will receive a response within two weeks of inquiry.
Shipped merchandise may be returned unopened and accompanied by the original receipt for a full refund at anytime. Products may have varying return policies and refund time frames. This information is included in each sales page for each individual product or within the product itself. Otherwise, electronic downloads of products and digital products are generally non-refundable as there is no way to ensure the information isn’t being distributed elsewhere or used as originally intended.
Services rendered including consulting and copywriting are generally not refundable. All copywriting projects require a non-refundable deposit to begin and the balance is due once the project is complete or in accordance to secure shopping cart terms and contract. Should a client choose not to complete a project, the deposit is kept for work invested in research, client contact etc. Specific terms are included in contracts on a per client basis.

B. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, Write On ~ Creative, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Write On ~ Creative, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Write On ~ Creative, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In all cases, Write On ~ Creative, LLC will attempt to email you notice of such changes.

No link should ask you for any personal information unless it is a secured page.
D. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Write On ~ Creative, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Write On ~ Creative, LLC is a seller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Write On ~ Creative, LLC.
E. Sales Taxes
Write On ~ Creative, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Idaho. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
F. Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Write On ~ Creative, LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Website shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Lewiston, Idaho.
