As usually you are 100% right, when people say beauty comes from the inside than I tend to agree with you that is where it starts. But truth is you also have to have it on the outside. Now to answer your question:
My business recourses are:
usually my stength, my reputation, my willpower and my honesty, the factor that I am known for old school/old fashioned handshake qualities, my ability to see and connect the dots nobody else seems to see, my analytical mind, the fact that nothing – and I mean absolutely nothing – can stop me from performing, my 100% self discipline, and last but not least that people know I am 100% faithful to my word.
I can say that my looks has nothing to do with that; Truth of the matter is that people who dont know me are usually going on a distance to me, some say i scare them, it is how i look at them, or my seriousness I dont know. But I am not the one people get warm up with easy.
But i have learned so much from so far and I intend to go on and learn even more from you.
You are among the best of the best.

Tom,
Thanks for the comments. Old fashioned integrity and back to basic marketing techniques are the new black.
People are really hungry for REAL people and they are very tired of B.S.
You are appreciated.
Write on!~
