One of the biggest factors between succeeding and not succeeding is facing your fears. To face fear we must tap into our courage and often that is easier said than done. I share information about this in my program How to Create Marketing Messages With Integrity: Attract Your Ideal Clients With Your Authentic Voice.
When was the last time you did something JUST for you because you knew it would change your life?
Have you been afraid to make a move?
Fear is common and in my article in Soulwoman magazine I share tips on how to face fear and step into courage. AND I also share more information about my journey to the magic writer’s cottage.
You can download the full article here Jan2013-LisaManyonArticlepdf (and I’d love to hear your thoughts).
You can also get instant access to the full digital magazine here (It’s FREE and opt in is required but this is NOT an affiliate link). I really enjoy the magazine and think you might, too. Plus, there are some great articles by many other courageous souls in the February issue. Mia Rose and her team have created a top-notch publication here. So, why not treat yourself to an inspirational read?
What do you fear the most?
What is the most courageous thing you have done lately?
Please share here? I’d love to hear more about your journey.

This is the second blog post I’ve read this week dealing with fear in business. I think sometimes people don’t even realize they are fearful!
Hi Sue,
I think more people realize it than will admit it. It’s much easier to stay stuck than to face fear and make a change. I wrote about in my sales page for How to Create Marketing Messages With Integrity and I speak about it throughout the program. I’ve noticed many are now stepping up, owning it and writing about it.

Being able to recognize fear and then manage it is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves. It allows us to face them by moving past them so we can create the business – and ultimately the life – we want.
Stay RADICAL,

Doreen,
So true. It isn’t always easy but it’s necessary. ♥

This is great Lisa! The fact that you are so aware of fear as an issue that holds people back and can then help them put words in print that have nothing to do with that fear is such a greta skill of yours! Bravo!
This quote really spoke to me: “Courage is the power to let go of the familiar.” How true that is…
Lisa
Wow, so many people seem to be writing about fear! I’m so glad you’re offering tools and advice on this topic, because when we address and overcome our fears and worries we can move on to greater successes.
I too am pleased to be offering tools to overcome fear – nutritional and biochemical approaches. Together we can get folks moving forward with joy, calm and confidence

Lisa,
Acknowledging it is your fear and addressing this by working with a professional coach is critically important.
This step will free up so many possibilities. Good subject.
Lisa – I completely agree. Fear is the “F word” for entrepreneurs in so many ways, since it can totally stop progress and success.
Nice article in the magazine, great job!
Fear. enough said – the human condition. feel the fear as they say!
Wonderful article, Lisa. This reminds me of a great quote I heard at a conference last Tuesday. The speaker, AJ Casey, said her father told her that the key to accomplishing great things is courage. He went on to say that, “Courage is always with us, we just muster it up when life’s circumstances demand it.”
Spirit, God, the Universe, your Intuition… NEVER communicate through fear.
Fear is self-imposed. Fear is NEVER related to the Truth.
When you experience fear, it is a good sign that your thinking is not aligned with your highest good.
Great to shine a light on this topic, Lisa!
Love, Katherine
Knowing you personally, you have the authority to write about fear not holding you back. I have witnessed an awesome display of fearlessness and I admire you for that. Keep living on the edge girlfriend where the benefits far outweigh the risks of living in the comfortable! Love ya!

Fear can show up in so many different ways … I’ve found that the trick is to acknowledge it, honor it, and then move past it to take bold action!
Nice article, Lisa!
Thanks Standolyn,
I appreciate you and look forward to catching up soon.
